Democrats blast GOP mailings

October 29th, 2009

Oh, you poor things! Really, my heart bleeds and the smallest violin in the world is playing just for ALL Y’ALL.

worlds_smallest_violin

I say, it’s about damn time. For decades we have been inundated with mailings against Republican candidates full of lies, misquotes, made up crap and just plain hit pieces all funded by ACORN, SEIU, CSEA, The Working Families Party, etc, etc, blah, blah….. And now the democrats are crying foul?

Some of the comments at the Buffalo News site are just precious. This one is great.

Those bad Republicans are using our game plans, thats not fair!!!!!!!

It’s time to grow up, it’s time to actually do your jobs because there finally appears to be some competition and you know what? The people are getting sick and dam tired of the same old, same old every time there is an election. The issues are always the same, nothing, nothing changes, NOTHING!

A. Thompson Seeking Input on Gas Drilling in Marcellus Shale

October 29th, 2009

Roundtable to discuss the New York State Department of Environmental

Conservation’s draft Supplemental Generic Environmental Impact Statement governing natural gas drilling.

Is this where A. Thompsons embezzlement starts? Who ever pays him off the most is where his votes in the committee will be? This should be a frikin no brainer, but I forget he seems to have no brains, all he wants is to be bought off and his campaigns paid for. Antione Thompson is dangerous and needs to be defeated.

Great group of people in Niagara County. I am honored to be associated with them all.

Racism charge costing Iannello support

October 28th, 2009

Well she is being exposed for what she really is. I disagree with everything the working families party and Rumore stand for. As far as I’m concerned they are the closest thing to the commies there is. ACORN is at the heart of this group, I call it a group because they are now a Party per se. They are being funded by TAX DOLLARS and both were behind the violence during the coup in Albany.

“Race was the issue,” the official said. “She saw this African-American woman and came unglued. She demanded that we take her off.”

The official said Iannello suggested that the volunteer be put on phone bank duty for the duration of the campaign, but the party refused.

Tax refugees staging escape from New York

October 28th, 2009

Escape! Close to 2 million are escaping and can we blame them. Taxes, taxes, fees, taxes, government controls, intrusions, restrictions, corruption and everything else that runs rampant in the Tammany Hall politics in Albany. Greedy, self serving politicians who are controlled by the unions, working families party, ACORN, enviro wackos and bosses like Sheldon Silver, Malcolm Smith, Sampson etc, etc, blah, blah, blah…..

How much more can we take and pay? WE allow it by electing these people over and over again. Now we are being infiltrated by immigrants that cannot replace the taxes that thse people that left have been paying. What a sad, sad state of affairs.

Are you ready to leave yet?

Criticism Abound at NYS Budget Hearing

October 28th, 2009

Schools advocates, union members and others? Hmmm I wonder who “others” mean? Surely not the taxpaying citizens of this state. But we read that James Parrott says…..

James Parrott, an economist at the Fiscal Policy Institute, says the state should hold off on making drastic cuts.

Hold off? hold off on making “drastic” cuts? What is a drastic cut in his opinion? And who is this Fiscal Policy Institute he works for? What kind of cuts should we make? As we are looking at a 4 billion deficit for this fiscal year alone, is there any other kind of cut that can be made?

School advocates and union members always seem to know about these hearings, gee, I wonder how. They always seem to get the heads up and are some of the only ones to show and voice their disgust and discontent at any kind of cuts. We on the other hand are actually working to pay them, we cannot go to Albany to voice our discontent. But when we do in a massive group and protest we are labeled as lunatics, extremists, nasty mean conservatives. We aren’t represented in Albany, only the special interests, unions and schools are. Our legislators have destroyed this state and we have no voice.

New York State check bounces

October 26th, 2009

Local officials in Central NY want answers to why a routine, $1700 check from the cash-strapped state has bounced. Oswego County Sheriff Moe Todd, who normally enforces the state’s strict check-bouncing rules, was slapped with a $25 bank fee after Albany’s check was returned uncashed by the bank.

State bureaucrats offered differing explanations for the foul-up, but insist it’s not related to the state’s perilous finances, or looming $4 billion deficit.
County officials are steamed that Democrats in Albany keep passing extra costs to the counties-and onto the backs of local taxpayers-yet still can’t seem to meet their own obligations.

Upcoming events involving Antoine Thompson

October 26th, 2009

It never ends for these guys, always, always fundraising and marching in parades that cost US the taxpayers money. I have never heard of so many dam parades in my life. Now look at the fundraisers. One in NYCity and one here locally. Note the name for the contact person on the invites. Donna? I hope you are asking, Donna Who? It’s Donna Luh from the Thruway Authority, yup the same woman that replaced Jeff Williams, our only ally. Now she is the contact person for his fundraisers? Any wonder why the toll Bill goes nowhere?
