Every person in power is from downstate… What’s new? Bruno was from Upstate? Just barely. The key for us is the majority in the Senate. At least for now we have that. The Assembly is dominated by Democrats and most everything that passes benefits downstate and NY City. Most legislation that benefits them hurts us.
