Tea Party leader shuns Paladino-Tea Party Express

Who does this guy think he is? He comes into New York and once he arrives in Albany with his express buses he denounces Paladino? Tell you what, grab your paid for crew and get the hell out of New York state issues. You have no right whatsoever coming in here and interfering in an area where you and your well funded group have no residency and nothing at stake……

So who is Mark Williams the so called chairman of the tea Party express? His remarks at the Boston event should give everyone pause. The guy is a nutcase. When we are trying to fend off the accusations of racism and homophobia, these kinds of remarks put all of us back to step one…

He takes what the media expounds and runs with it when he has NO frikin clue what or who Carl Paladino is. What he stands for, where he came from or even what his platform is all about.

No sooner did they come into town did we start getting calls from a guy from Tennessee by the name of Mark Skoda. Skoda sticking his nose where it doen’t belong called leaders of reform groups here in New York started bad mouthing Paladino and told them all to run away. So who is Mark Skoda? He is a blood sucker of the worst kind, he is just one of the individuals that are attempting to hijack the TEA movement, and do nothing but raise money and profit from it. He has failed at a few attempts, first he was with the tea party express, then he was out, now he is back in. The infighting and corruption when money is involved is causing them all to cut each others throats. Now just over a week ago he announced the formation of the newest attempt to hijack the tea party movement by announcing the start of the Tea Party federation. This is supposed to unify everyone? No one wants anything to do with it except the Tea party Express.

Now who is the Tea Party Express? At first light they look like a good organization until you look at just some of the individuals involved in it. That is where you find out people like Republican operatives and consultants like Sal Russo: Republican Operative Transforms Into Tea Party Strategist… Yup, they have been hijacked by the Republican operatives in California. The other name is Joe Wierzbicki, he and Sal Russo share an office and have their own offices side by side, Joe runs the TP Express right beside Sal. Strictly a fund raising tool for the support of their chosen candidates.

See where I am going here? What the hell are they doing involving himself in New York politics? Word has it the Levy campaign is attempting to buy them off or has. He has been touting himself as the TEA Party candidate… I wonder why? I also wonder if these people have any clue to how corrupt this guy is. More about that at a later time.

This is just the beginning of the investigation of them all. They made a mistake coming here and bad mouthing my candidate for Governor Carl Paladino. Isn’t is a coincidence that all this crap smut came out on the same day the TP Express came into town? Seems to me it was a coordinated hit.

The only people I will affiliate myself with any longer is the Tea Party Patriots. I joined them at the beginning and they helped people find where events were and are being held across the country. They have never asked for any thing from us. They do NOT interfere in anything we are doing. They are there to help not suck money out of your pockets.

When money and leadership structure gets involved in a movement it gets corrupted. Just look at the mess that has been created now. We are all individual groups, with individual leaders or spokesman. Many groups switch leaderships every couple months just so this crap does not happen. Me? All I am is a mouth piece for our members at TEANewYork.com. We really don’t have a leadership, it is the members that drive us. It is the members that I represent when I attend protests. When will people ever get it through their thick skulls that what they are becoming is exactly what they say the abhor. And that is a corrupt, greedy, self serving political machine.

I will not be co-opted, I will not be bought and if anyone tries to corrupt us they will be thrown out on their collective arses.

The leader of the Tea Party Express said his organization is unlikely to support Carl Paladino, a Buffalo real estate mogul running for governor.

Paladino has been dogged since WNYMedia.net published racist and pornographic e-mails that Paladino forwarded to supporters and friends.

Paladino has defended his actions as being true to his blunt, politically incorrect style.

“It’s absolutely incompatible with anything we stand for,” said Mark Williams, formerly a radio talk show host on WROW AM-590 and now chairman of the Tea Party Express. “Clearly he doesn’t understand what this movement is about if he’s touting himself as a Tea Party candidate. Because again, we’re a human rights movement, and it is flat out impossible for an advocate for human rights to embrace what he stands for.”

Williams spoke during a rally held outside the Capitol Tuesday. The Tea Party Express is holding rallies in cities around the country — former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin will speak at a rally in Boston later this week — including on Monday in Buffalo. Paladino, who touts himself as “recruited to the Governors race by upstate Tea Party leaders,” spoke at the rally — after it concluded, Williams stressed.

Michael Caputo, a spokesman for the Paladino campaign, said “who gives a hoot who this tiny band of bought-and-paid for out-of-staters wants as Governor of New York?”

Rus, something to keep in mind about Mark Williams:

He’s been known to make a few “racially insensitive” remarks himself.

Just a comment about the above comments @ the TEA Party Express:
I agree with the the fact that Mark Williams should have NEVER stuck his nose in this, or any State candidacy issues. TPX is in the business of motivating and energizing the grassroots movement in whomever they support. But theTPX area of “endorsement” is strictly in regards to federal elections. There was definitely a better way to give answer t o the press, any questions @ Gub candidate Carl Paladino.
On the otherhand, I don’t think going on to criticize and marganalize the TPX are any of its leadership is productive, is unnecessary and potentially damaging.
ON a personal note, I assisted with the TPX Rally on April 12th and am very proud of its success. The criticism of the Express, is also a criticism of ALL the people who helped and who attended. The fact that 1,500 people convened on a workday, clearly exudes the message that there is a common thread to what TPX represents. Regardless of the schism that has arisen locally, still ALL factions were there because of the common ground.
Let us keep that in mind!

Please listen up fellows. I like to think of myself as being politically saavy, mad as hillary about the crap in Albany, unwilling to vote for Loser-O the insider, Levy the trojan horse Democrat, any RINO and certainly not Junior Cuomo, the Obamanista.
So here is where I am and I don’t think I am alone.
I like the tea party idea, see. I like the play but I’m not sure about the players. Who’s who in da zoo?
I know a lot of people who loved Golisano but he turned out to be in it just to pump up his core business. I need someone to reassure me that Carl Paladino is not Golisano 2.0. When he first came on Facebook I expressed similar concerns and got a private message from a women from Washington DC! That scared the hillary out of me!
I’m really confused and I’m a 60 year old conservative Republican. Few of us in New York.
