Grand Island Tolls – Zelonis new court date

I was just notified that the next court date is November 4th at 5:15 PM
2255 Baseline Rd. Grand Island Judge Sybil Kennedy
For proceedings

I have a couple questions.
What is the final disposition of the Thruway Authorities disciplinary action?
His hearing was supposed to be Oct 17th?

There has been an order of protection issued by Judge Sybil Kennedy.
We all know Zelonis was suspended for 30 days and put back to work but transferred to the North Bridge.

Twice last week I had to hand David Zelonis a toll for a dollar each time.
I do not have an EZ Pass on my Concrete Delivery Truck.
So much for a 100 yard safe zone as we had to transfer toll money as I returned to Grand Island.

Something is really, really wrong here. 23 months of threats and he continues to work and I have to hand him money.

Wow you have got to be kidding me!?!! How is this guy still on the job! This is exactly the type of bureaucratic incompetence and unaccountability found throughout NY state government that is killing us! FIRE HIM!

It would seem to me that if an order of protection was in place, this person could not work at a toll station, since you are a frequent user of the bridges.

Perhaps this logic should be brought to the Thruway (TA) management, with the explanation that they are complicit in the violation of the order of protection when they assign him to a booth. The same logic could be applied to keeping him away from the I-190 and bridges in their entirety.

The fact that this entire problem began while he was in a toll booth should be sufficient for the TA to reconsider his assignment.
