No payments to his mortgage in two years? Do we just let anyone be a politician? A Senator? Aren’t they supposed to be the ethical ones? The leaders? The ones that are supposed to set the example? What a tragedy that people like him are even allowed to run for office. It is proof that NY pols are part of a criminal enterprise, the modern day mafia.

What a guy! What a hero! Just another thug and politician that thinks he is all powerful, all knowing and is above the Law. This guy should be thrown out of his office.

What a screwed up system, maybe this is how our EZ Pass got suspended. I asked them to prove it, show me the image with the speed on it, prove it any way they can and they refused. There is no way we can dispute things with the ez pass system, we would like to take it to court, present evidence in front of a judge, but NO. We have no choice but to appeal to them via snail mail. So we appeal to the very people accusing us of violating their law. Gets us no where. They simply refuse our appeal.

Not to be defending Paterson here but, to say he is doing this to make himself look good is a little convoluted isn’t it? That is Patersons job! The only other people that can do anything to get them back to work is US, the Taxpayers of New York. That is why we filed the lawsuit.

Working behind closed doors trying to figure out a way how to take back power is NOT doing their job. See adults would sit down and work together. We see how well they play together now don’t we. Where is the Adult supervision here?

It appears that our Lawsuit is having an effect on the way all of them are thinking. Now DiNapoli is what? Making excuses?

First of all, who cares how DiNapoli looks in this? This is not a beauty or a popularity contest. This is about doing the right thing. And the right thing is not paying these childish senators a dime until they can act like adults and do their job. Their Constitutional duty is to do the work of the people, NOT fighting for “Party” unity.

We knew that they refuse to work with each other and it has been that way for decades, but this situation has truly put this whole thing in focus.

Legislation is NOT supposed to be about Parties. It is NOT supposed to be about Party unity. Their job is to do the best thing for ALL New Yorkers and not about themselves. This really proves that the People concerns are no concern to them. The deserve NO pay, None, Zilch, Nadda until they work this out and share the power we give them.

Did Paterson’s ultimatum work? Mean while Rus Thompson along with Mike Powers from Phillips Lytle Law firm file a lawsuit against the Senate, secretary of the senate and the NY State comptroller to stop the senators from getting paid while they do nothing but have hissy fits, act like spoiled children and fight to get power.

We will file this suit in Supreme Court in the morning and if need be, we will be in court next week. Time to get to work.
