So far there is supposedly 17 different suits filed asking for the proof. This is not a case that the Conservatives simply made up to take down Obama, this has been around since early summer time. Simply look at the evidence that is out there and ask WHY hasn’t Obama simply released his Birth Certificate and don’t say he has because he has not. If you want to point to the one that has been out on the web go right ahead, it has been proven to be a forgery.
Why does Grandma say he was born in Kenya? Why does the village where he was supposedly born have a tribute to him as a shrine? Why has every hospital in Hawaii have NO RECORD of he or his mother ever being there? How could he travel to Pakistan on an Indonesian Pass Port, why is he listed as a citizen of Indonesia and as the name of Barry Sotoreo? Where are any of his school records?
I refuse to sit back and watch people simply want to tramp on the Constitution as Ayers did the American Flag. Jut show the proof Barak and end this thing once and for all. Why fight it if you are what you say you are.
Will the Supreme Court Take Case on Obama’s Citizenship?
CHICAGO — The U.S. Supreme Court will consider Friday whether to take up a lawsuit challenging President-elect Barack Obama’s U.S. citizenship, a continuation of a New Jersey case embraced by some opponents of Obama’s election.
The meeting of justices will coincide with a vigil by the filer’s supporters in Washington on the steps of the nation’s highest court.
The suit originally sought to stay the election, and was filed on behalf of Leo Donofrio against New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells.
Legal experts say the appeal has little chance of succeeding, despite appearing on the court’s schedule. Legal records show it is only the tip of an iceberg of nationwide efforts seeking to derail Obama’s election over accusations that he either wasn’t born a U.S. citizen or that he later renounced his citizenship in Indonesia.

His mother’s age is of no consequence. What would that matter? Is Obama not his mother’s son because she was under 18 when he was born?? Show me the link to where on the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration Division website it says anything about the age of the mother determining citizenship.

You dont get a US ciizen ship if born out of the country based on your Mother being one.

Actually, McCain was not born in Panama. Today it is Panama, then it was “The Panama Canal Zone”, which was a part of the USA, so without question, he is a citizen.

As for the “proven forgery” birth certificate– uh, who proved it a forgery? And since when does one become a non-citizen if he doesn’t have an original copy of his birth certificate? My parents lost my original birth certificate and I have one that was printed when I was seven years old. Does that mean I’m not a citizen? Or am I just not “natural-born” now?
All kidding aside, is this really what you’re going to bash Obama on for the next 4-8 years? I did not vote for Obama and have many serious issues with him. I’ll focus on those instead of this stupid made-up crybaby stuff.
