Let wealthy relieve tax burden of poor

Anybody else getting sick and tired of hearing these lame brained statements? Let the rich pay more, it’s not fair, it’s an uneven playing field, blah, blah, blah. Never, ever do they look in the mirror all they can do is point the finger of blame at the rich and at us.

We pay more taxes for schools in this state than just about any other in the nation. Up to 20 grand per student, per year, $20,000 plus yet we have the lowest graduation rates. What does more money get you? Look at Buffalo….. 25,000 per student, 46% graduation rate and piss poor test scores. Yet it is one of the biggest and most expensive school districts in the country.

Until we get a legislature that is not controlled by the teachers unions and every other union we will see no change. Time to wake up New York, your legislator sucks.

Just as bad, education experts warn that the cap could seriously hurt public schools at a time when we can’t afford to stop investing in our kids.
