Dennis is a great guy and deserves a good shot at the senate. He would stir things up in Albany. We have had a couple long and in depth conversations and he is up to this. I will help him when ever and where ever I can.

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) -Suspended Buffalo Police Cold Case Detective Dennis Delano has thrown his hat into the political ring. Surrounded by supporters and Erie County Republican Party Chairman James Domagalski, Delano announced he will challenge long time democratic incumbent William Stachowski for the NYS Senate.
Delano admits he’s never cared much for politics saying “I’m not a politician, never had any desire to be a politician, I don’t have political friends, I don’t even like politicians.” He won’t make promises he says others have broken but according to Delano, he is running for the 58th District seat because people want change. “And I’m gonna find out what these guys have been doing with our money all these years…and I’m gonna investigate what happened to our money.”
Among his supporters, the family of Anthony Cappozzi and Lynn Dejac. Delano helped free both from jail.
