What a shame they just blew off Ken Case like he didn’t exist. I feel for him though, I have been there and as with me this shows the pure contempt the party leadership has for people that desire real change and the right leadership.

As a member of the Primary Challenge committee, we interviewed and endorsed Ken Case 2 months ago. Look who else has endorsed the guy.

I was very impressed by his answers to my questions and I personally endorse him to be the next DA. My very first question was to ask him if he would go after political corruption no matter what the party affiliation. He did not hesitate in answering that he would go after it. It is one of the major problems we have here in Erie County. By Lenihan and the Democrat Party elite blowing him off tells me they like things just the way things are. What a disgrace.

Visit his website, read about him, donate 20,30,40,50 bucks to his campaign and get your friends to vote for him. As a disclaimer, I know nothing about Sedita and have no opinion about him either way.

WBEN 930 : Democrats Endorse Sedita For DA

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) - The Erie County Democratic Committee has endorsed Frank Sedita III for district attorney.

Chairman Len Lenihan says the party chose Sedita because of his experience as a homicide prosecutor and his ability to be a communicator and bring people together.

Ken Case, who entered the race a couple of months back, says he is disappointed but respects the party’s decision.

He plans on continuing his campaign and may seek the endorsement of several other parties. Case does plan on a primary against Sedita.
