Please consider signing this petition. I find it appalling what they are doing to Detective Delano. It smells of a cover-up to me. Unless some facts come out from this secretive government that proves us wrong, Delano needs to be reinstated and the investigation into the death of Crystallynn Girard should be reopened. By participating in this online petition, I am requesting The Buffalo Police Department to come forward and not only reinstate Dennis Delano to full duty on the force but to address the people of the community on this issue. Furthermore, I request an independent and outside investigation be started into the death of Crystallynn Girard.
