Now they're all mortified :0) What a bunch of jokers! If you want to build a new bridge you gotta pay for it. How do these jokers plan to pay for the new bridges that are needed with a $4b deficit? Moreover, our state's infrastructure is all 50 years old. How does Jimmy T plan to pay for all this? With capital borrowing that doubles the cost of every project after debt service?
