Eliminate the Parks department with all it’s fat, patronage and costs and turn them back over to the individual towns and villages. We can do a much better job caring for them that the county does. They can’t even manage their own house and have proven that year in and year out.

This is rich! How about illegal alien patients? Poor Spitzer has another tiger by the tail. Couldn’t happen to a nicer steamroller.
