This is exactly what is going on imho…. Setting the stage for next years election. There are other things to look at too. Propping up the population so we don’t lose another congressional seat in the next census. Propping up the population to get more federal dollars here so they can blow it where they want and not where it’s designated to go, etc……. The devil is in the motives and who is pulling the puppet strings.

We need top force a vote on this, up or down in the assembly. I want to know who is for and who against in and around my district. One way or the other we need to have a vote.
