What a frikin joke….. The Buffalo News is a joke and have lost any credibility in my eyes. Apparently they just love Erie County exactly the way it is. Last one out turn off the lights.

This year’s general election includes 15 legislative districts for the Erie County Legislature, which faces the daunting challenge of accelerating the county’s fiscal recovery while dealing with employee contracts, restoring needed services and restructuring government in ways that increase efficiency. Legislators will face that challenge while finding ways to work with a fiscal control board and a new county executive.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackThe least they could have done was give a better reason for not endorsing you. By saying your stand on the tolls is the same as Iannello’s, so they are giving it to her speaks out “politics as usual” to me.
Don’t take it too hard though, many of good ppl have won election w/o the Buffalo News’ endorsement.
I expected it but it has become increasingly difficult to have any faith in the system that continues to drag us down, us meaning the people of Erie County.
The system is the government and the media that simply continue the status quo. To stay on the same course is suicidal. Maybe the Buffalo Pravda just seeks out and supports misery and is determined to keep people miserable.
