This turbine looks like it would work a little better in the Niagara River. With depths ranging from 20 to 41 feet and currents ranging from 8.18 mph to 2 mph.. That is a constant water flow unlike tides that vary in speed and direction.

Tedisco got $544,000 while Speaker Sheldon Silver, got at least $7.5 million. That’s sharing the wealth now isn’t it. It appears that this assembly member has the guts to tell it the way it is.
