This Billboard will not happen and the reason why?

No GI Tolls Billboard

The Thruway authority will not allow it to happen.
We have spoken to Billboard companies that have told us
that the Authority basically controls what can be said
on the signage along the thruway, can you believe it.
They are afraid the Authority will come after them if
they put our message on any Billboard.

I think this is an infringement on our Free Speech.. What say you?
