Not so fast Anthony Orsini and Paul Clark
Anthony Orsini and his pretend Erie County Executive Board gave Paul Clark an endorsement for County Executive Sunday Night as reported here. Today I filed objections to the Authorization submittted to the Board of Elections. The objection is as follows:

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackLou Corrigan finally filed the motion today and paid the filing fee to have Judge Marshall review the IP reorg meeting. His motion has been on record for several months but he was never told of having to pay for it. Now that it’s paid for he expects the judge to hear the case very soon.
I filed objections to the endorsement at the BOE today and I’m prepared to go into court with Jim Ostrowski as my lawyer to challenge the endorsement based on the grounds that the reorg was invalid, and several other reasons listed at http://hamburgfirst.speakupwny.com
