Fight all you want George, you will lose. When someone in your position as Chairman of the Erie County Legislature violates the public trust and blatantly violates the Law, you do not deserve to remain in any seat of power. Is this the example you want to set for future legislators and show the people that you can break the Law and remain in office? It is about time people like Holt and Hevesi are removed from office, it is long overdue. He could have taken the high road and just resigned and set the example, but instead Holt feels he is above the Law and wants his job back.
Can’t find a job in the private sector Mr. Holt? Well, sorry, neither can alot of us out here in the real world. Welcome to the club.
