The Law is clear Mr Holt and you violated it so live with it. A temporary restraining order? What does he think this is a divorce case? We need one to keep him away from politics as far as I’m concerned.

WBEN 930 : Ex-Leg Holt Goes To Court To Get Job Back

Buffalo, NY (WBEN) - Ousted Erie County Legislator George Holt wants his job back. He’s filed suit against the county legislature’s chairwoman Lynn Marinelli over his removal from the lawmaking body last week.

County Attorney Larry Rubin reached the opinion to remove Holt last week following Holt’s guilty plea to two counts of tax fraud. Rubin cited the state’s public officers law in removing Holt immediately because of the plea.

Holt is seeking a temporary restraining order to allow him to return to the legislature.
