Can we finally move on with this now… The legislature and county executive should be working with the control board to get this county back onto fiscal stability. Instead their arrogance shows through and they continue to refuse any and all help.

It is ridiculous that Giambra wants to appeal this ruling… More tax dollars at work in the court room.

Buffalo, NY WBEN - A victory for Erie Countys Control Board. State Supreme Court Judge Diane Devlin has ruled the fiscal stability authority had every right to become a hard control board last November.

The ruling ends a lawsuit filed by the Giambra Administration. Control Board Chairman Anthony Baynes says now its time to move forward. Baynes says hes surprised the administration is planning to appeal.
