He wants to raise the ceiling on economic destruction, use one destructive government program (rent control) to follow another destructive government program (inflation), and aggravate the growth of the regulatory bureaucracy. So far, I’ve seen nothing from Spitzer but plans to further Sovietize the NYS economy.
