NEW YORK — (08/14/2006; 1439)(EIS) — At the New York State AFL-CIO’s Biennial Political Convention in Albany, delegates voted today to extend the 2 1/2 million member organization’s endorsement to the following candidates for U.S. Congress and the New York State Legislature:
